My name is Ellie Hodgson! I’ve just finished up my bachelor degree at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, studying animation, and have now begun the Animation & VFX masters here too!
I specialise in 2D animation and Storyboarding, but as part of my masters I’ve been exploring hybrid animation and increasing my skills at 3D modelling and animation in order to advance my storyboarding and hand drawn animation.
This website is both my portfolio, as well as a blog talking about any recent projects. I’d love for you to have a look through it!
If you want to look at some more of my bits and pieces, you can also check out my instagram, where I post lots of sketchbook work, watercolour paintings and other random odds and ends! Just whatever I’m working on really! With various animation film projects taking over my life though, I admit I’m not the most reliable post-er though!
Feel free to contact me on LinkedIn as well! I’m also pretty reliable by email too!
